New Business Is Leading Challenge in Recent Poll We recently asked site visitors to identify their agencies’ biggest challenge as we near year-end. Overwhelmingly, respondents said new business is their primary concern, with 53% of the vote. “Learning new media” ran a distant second at 15%, with “employee recruiting/retention” and “downward pressure on fees” trailing in a third place tie (7%).
